Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal and Square, the world's premier electronic payment solutions, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Can you pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal.

Do I have to create an account with you to shop?
No, you do not. However, creating an account allows you to log in and check past orders. So I do recommend using that option.

Do you take custom orders?
I do take custom jewelry orders at times. There are fee’s and deposits required for this.
I love working with people to create a special talisman for them, using idea’s they have along with my creative intuition. When I create a custom piece for someone, it will be in my personal style. This is important to understand. Contact me for more information if you are interested.
Also important to know, I do NOT re-create pieces you have seen from other artist or find online. I create my art only.

Do you have a workmanship guarantee?
Yes, I do. I strive to create jewelry and beads that will stand the test of time, but things do happen. Please, don't hesitate to contact me if there is a defect in my work, or it breaks. If it breaks due to MY craftsmanship, I will fix it for no charge, and pay shipping both ways. If you break it, I will still fix it for you, but there may be a charge for materials or time. I really from the bottom of my heart want you to enjoy your pieces from me!

Do you have a return policy?
No. I don't do returns, unless something was grossly misrepresented or defective. Please contact me if there is an issue, and we can work it out. staci.louise@hotmail.com

Is there special care required for your beads and jewelry?
YES! I use a wide variety of materials. Metals with patina on them, and painted polymer, should not be worn in swimming pools or the ocean.
Copper wire should also not be work in the pool or ocean, as it will patina naturally then.
Items created with polymer clay are painted and sealed for longevity, however, if scraped on pavement or placed in water, or exposed to oils the layers of color may wear off. These are not for swimming or beach wear. They will hold up excellently with normal wear.
Bronze charms are sealed and do not need polishing ever. Both copper and silver wire will tarnish over time and can be spruced up with just a polish cloth softly over top of the high spots. This actually creates shadows in the depths and adds to the dimension of the piece.
Pieces with sari silk can also be cleaned. Sari silk can be hand washed with hand soap and air dried. Try not to dunk the entire piece if it has polymer components.
How do you ship and package your items?
Items are typically shipped within 3 days of your purchase, if not sooner. They are shipped first class. Shipping is combined with other items in your shipment.

Jewelry and other small items flat rate of $6.00 witin the USA (domestic orders over $200 recieve free shipping
International Shipping $30.00- if less, difference will be refunded
Packaging: Your package will come in either a box, or recycled packaging, as I try to re-use as many things as I can to keep my business as green as possible. It may not look pretty, but it will come safely packed.
Shipping address: I ship to the address you have in your PayPal account. So, if that is not correct, you must change it right away. Shipping labels are generated directly from PayPal.
